Hrithik Roshan-Katrina Kaif in the lead starrer Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara [ZNMD] fared well at the BO by collecting Rs. 28.25 crore (all-India net collections; approx.) for the first three days in spite of heavy competition from Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows-Part 2.
On the first day itself the film collected Rs. 8 cr nett approximately. During the weekend the film had a great occupancy as multiplexes in the country accounted for near 100% occupancy. Small centers remained below the dull mark.
Word of mouth played a prominent role in the film’s collection though critics liked it. On Saturday the film collected Rs. 9.25 cr nett while on Sunday, it collected Rs. 11 cr nett. The film is now the second biggest opener of the year post Salman Khan’s Ready.
The way ZNMD is going, the film is sure another super hit in the making after Delhi Belly and Murder 2.
