Yuvan Shankar Raja has revealed that he has signed up a new venture. Revealing further, the music director has said that it is a Indo-Chinese movie with Bollywood stars playing the main roles.

Half the movie will be shot in China and the other half in India. It will be an action packed film with great stunts, he added. Yuvan said that the title of the film has not been finalized yet and he will reveal more details once it is fixed.

Meanwhile, let’s wait for his tunes in the Ajith starrer Mankatha’s audio launch, which is scheduled to take place on August 10th.

Kamal Haasan’s ‘Vishwaroopam’ is expected to kick start by August 2nd week. Almost everything has finalized, except the female lead role.

The hunt for the heroine of the heroine of the film is going on and Kamal will be finalizing the leading lady by the end of this week. Kamal wants to start the film soon as the film is already delayed.

The action-thriller will be directed by Kamal Haasan himself. Kamal will be seen in a negative role in the film. The budget of the film will be around Rs. 100 crore.

During audio releases, It is a common practice to make choreography for the songs sequenced in a movie. But for a change, Surya will be donning some acrobatics scenes which find place in 7am Arivu. The movie depicts the hero as an acrobatics master and Surya has done a marvelous job in this film.

Murugadoss, the director intends to do something different for the promotion of this movie. Hence he suggested Surya to go on live on stage for these scenes. This will be performed at the audio launch scheduled in Chennai soon.

Information reveal that this show will be live at Nehru Stadium and the TV rights are secured by Kalaignar TV since the producer is Udyanithi Stalin’s Red Giant Movies. The impact of the movie is closely watched by the eminent actors in Bollywood since they believe this may be another Ghajini.

And today I am shocked to see this person updating about my film including news on my dad and husband. I have joined Twitter two days back and my id is  @ash_r_danush”.

Aishwarya is worried that someone might end up using her name to con people and thereby tarnish her family and image.

Sources close to the her say that if the fake ID is not deactivated soon, She is taking up the matter with Indian cyber crime police authorities.

How has Mankatha shaped up? 

Going by the post production reports, I'm feeling positive and upbeat about the project. 

How did you arrive on the salt-and-pepper look in the film and how do you expect audiences to react to it? 

After hearing the story, it was a unanimous decision by everyone concerned with the project that I retain my natural look. As far as the audience reaction is concerned, it's up to them to answer once they have watched the movie. 

Would you say that Mankatha is a fitting 50th film for your fans? What are its highlights? 

Yes, it is my 50th film and it's a proud moment in my life. Firstly, the film has a good star cast and great music by Yuvan. It boasts of a promising director like Venkat Prabhu and has some very well-choreographed action sequences. The presence of Arjun in the film is a big advantage. 

Are you worried about Mankatha's release, now that there is a change in government and that the film is produced by Dhayanidhi Alagiri? 

I'm not at all worried. I'm a professional and have fulfilled my professional obligations. The film's producer, Dhayanidhi Alagiri, has conducted himself in a very professional manner. I'm sure he will sort out the issues relating to the release of the film. I'm not worried about the change in government; it's the troublemakers within the industry I'm worried about. 

How is Billa 2 shaping up and are you doing anything specific for your look in the film? 

We're into the second week of filming Billa 2. As of now, all is well and proceeding smoothly. It's too early to divulge any other details about my role or the film. 

There have been instances in the last few months of you taking to the bike again; you took Venkat Prabhu on a bike ride and rode to Tirupathi with Chakri Toleti. How much of a biker are you? 

I'm still very much a biker at heart. But, it's practically impossible to indulge in it. It is only during moments like filming that I enjoy such luxuries. 

What next after Billa 2? 

I don't know what'll happen post Billa 2. I'll leave the future to destiny.

Well, the news is out that Walt Disney, the American entertainment giant and one of the world’s leading entertainment company has offered to acquire Mumbai-based UTV Software Communications for a whooping Rs. 2000 crore!

Walt Disney, already owns 50.44% stake in UTV, and has offered Rs 1,000 per share to acquire the remaining 49.6% stake. If this deal takes place UTV’s Chief Executive, Ronnie Screwvala, will sell his shares to Walt Disney and will become one of its Managing Directors for the South Asian region.

Walt Disney gets the control of over the movies produced and distributed by UTV. Interestingly UTV’s first deal in Tamil turned out to be successful with Deiva Thirumagal.

The upcoming films from UTV Motion Pictures are Lingusamy’s Vettai, Balaji Sakthivel directed Vazhakku Enn 18/9 and Prabhu Solomon directed Kumki.

Apart from them, UTV is also producing Jeeva’s Mugamoodi.
